In order to register with our practice, you will need to come for an introductory check up where you can discuss any concerns about your teeth. The cost of this is £75 . Please call us on 01900 819222 to make an appointment.

We offer 3 different plans at MDCC. These are:

MDCC Main Plan

This is our main plan for most patients. The cost is £17.45 per month, paid by direct debit.

Denture Care Plan

This is our low cost plan for patients with six or fewer teeth. The cost is £5.65 per month, paid by direct debit.

Child Care Plan

This is our low cost plan for patients who are under 18 years old.

The cost is £5.65per month, paid by direct debit.

All plans include:

  • Regular routine care and advice

  • Urgent treatment for dental emergencies

  • Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme for peace of mind about your mouth when away from home in the UK and abroad

After your introductory checkup, you will need to complete a registration form and a direct debit mandate. There is a one off £10 administration fee which is collected as part of the first direct debit payment.
